Age of Mammals and Ice - Member Preview

Join us from 9:00 a.m. until Noon for a members-only preview of our newest exhibition, The Age of Mammals and Ice!

Take a step back in time to learn about the magnificent creatures that roamed Earth after the demise of the dinosaurs. The Age of the Mammals and Ice reveals lifelike portrayals of everyday life for the savage inhabitants of the post-dinosaur animal kingdom. This special exhibition runs through May 7, 2017, and features the fearsome carnivores and lumbering herbivores of the Cenozoic through a series of ten animatronic figures. Come face-to-face with ferocious mammals like Smilodon, the saber-toothed big cat of the Pleistocene, and the legendary, plant-eating Wooly Mammoth.
