Please call the Guest Services e-store line at (937) 275-7431, ext. 145. Calls will be promptly returned; messages left after 5:00 p.m. will be returned the next business day.
All orders are processed using a secure server; credit card information is not stored. Orders will ship within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. A flat fee of $5.00 for shipping and handling is applied to all orders. Ohio Residents are charged 7% sales tax.
Refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days if merchandise arrives damaged; all refunds or exchanges require the original receipt, and exclude both original and subsequent shipping and handling charges. For refunds and exchanges, please call (937) 275-7431, ext. 145, for further instruction.
