To register for Summer Discovery Camps
Fill out and mail the enclosed registration/consent form, call 937-275-7431 ext. 116 or visit the Museum’s Education Department. Class levels are determined by the student’s last grade completed by the start of the program. The enclosed parental consent and health form sections MUST BE COMPLETED for all students. Mail-in and walk-in registration is encouraged. All fees are due at the time of registration.
Note: A cancellation fee of $25 per student will be deducted from refunds requested after June 10, 2011 for Discovery Camp and after May 13, 2011 for Harry Potter camp. Cancellation two weeks prior to the start of classes will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations within one week of the start of classes will receive no refund.
A $5 discount per child is available for families that enroll multiple children within a session.

Fill out and mail in the enclosed registration/consent form, call 937-268-8199, or visit SunWatch. Class levels are determined by the student’s last grade completed, by the start of the program. The parental consent and health form sections MUST BE COMPLETED for all students. Mail-in and walk-in registration is encouraged. All fees are due at the time of registration.
Note: Refund requests made two weeks prior to the start of each class will be refunded in full; otherwise, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted.

You can not register through Boonshoft Museum; you must register through Camp Invention.
