What lives in the coldest places on Earth? Chantelle Rose shares her PolarTREC experience of when she lived and worked on the U.S. Coast Guard Icebreaker Healy. As part of the first wintertime sampling expedition in the area, she traversed the Bering Sea to study copepod, the tiny crustaceans that live in these cold waters. Learn how the research from this expedition will inform predictions about further impacts of climate change on the ocean.
