Learn the importance of recycling during a day of special activities devoted to honoring and protecting our planet. Meet "Curby the Cardinal" from the Montgomery County Solid Waste District and "Heater" from the Dayton Dragons, complete special recycling-themed activities, and discover how you can save energy at home by using a FREE CFL lightbulb, courtesy of DP&L.
New for 2011! Wear a sports jersey from your favorite team, and you could receive a FREE recycled gift. Quantities limited.
Free admission for the first 300 visitors who bring 10 aluminum cans to recycle; $3 discount off admission for the next 200 who bring 10 aluminum cans to recycle.
