With room for up to 1750 guests, the Museum is a one-of a-kind venue for your special day. With unique spaces that can accommodate everything from a large wedding reception to an intimate sit-down dinner, or even a casual employee cookout, the Museum provides an unbeatable atmosphere for guests.
With a full Museum rental, you can treat guests to an amazing journey through the universe with a Planetarium show, or enjoy a Laser Show set to some of your favorite tunes in the Caryl D. Philips Space Theater. You'll have access to permanent exhibits such as Explorers Crossing, the Mead Treehouse and The CW's Color Wall, as well as full access to any traveling exhibit the Museum is featuring. Enjoy the Museum’s “creature feature” with a visit to our residents in the Discovery Zoo.
Looking for a smaller space? We can provide that, too. Mix and match different rooms and areas to capture the feel and the atmosphere you are looking for. Play, party and learn among artifacts from our collection of over a million items! Let us provide the entertainment and create additional fun with add-ons such as live animal presentations, a Planetarium or Laser Show, and/or a hands-on Do Lab and Science Theater presentation.

Prices range from $150 to $750 for individual areas of the Museum from classrooms to Science On a Sphere to the Exhibit Hall. Full Museum rentals are $2500, and provide access to the entire Museum. Special discounted rates are offered to non-profits.
