The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery is located just north of downtown Dayton at 2600 DeWeese Parkway.

General Directions

Beavercreek/Xenia

35 West, take Jefferson/Main St. exit. Go right off the exit, then turn right onto Patterson Blvd., drive through downtown. At the bridge, Patterson Blvd. turns into Riverside Dr. Follow Riverside to the second traffic light and turn right onto Ridge Ave. Cross the bridge, turn left onto DeWeese Pkwy. We are on the right.

Oakwood/Kettering/Centerville

Go North on 48 and turn right onto Patterson Blvd., drive through downtown. At the bridge, Patterson turns into Riverside Dr. Follow Riverside to the second traffic light and turn right onto Ridge Ave. Cross the bridge, turn left onto DeWeese Pkwy. We are on the right.

Englewood

Follow 48 (Main Street) south to Shoup Mill Rd. Turn left onto Shoup Mill, stay in the right hand lane. Turn right onto Riverside then turn left onto Ridge Ave. When you cross the bridge, make a left onto DeWeese Pkwy. We are on the right.

Fairborn/Wright Patterson AFB

Take State Route 4 South to Stanley Ave. exit. Take a right onto Stanley and a right onto Keowee St. Take a left onto Embury Park Dr., then another left onto Ridge Ave. Follow that down the hill, past the tennis courts, and take a right onto DeWeese Pkwy. We are on the right.

Huber Heights

Go west on Needmore Rd., cross over I-75, then turn left onto N. Dixie. Make a right on Siebenthaler, turn left on Ridge Ave., then take a right onto DeWeese Pkwy. We are on the right.

Dayton/Miamisburg/West Carrolton/Springboro/Cincinnati

Take 75 North and exit on the Wagner Ford (Exit 57 B). Then take a left onto Wagner Ford. Go right (north) on N. Dixie, then turn left onto Siebenthaler. Take a left onto Ridge Ave. and then a right onto DeWeese Pkwy. We are on the right.

Columbus/Springfield/New Carlisle

Take 70 West to 75 South and take the Wagner Ford Exit (Exit 57 B). Go right onto Wagner Ford and take a right onto N. Dixie. Then take a left onto Siebenthaler. Then turn left on Ridge Ave., then turn right on DeWeese Pkwy.

North of Dayton

Take 75 South and take the Wagner Ford exit (exit 57 B) Make a right (north) on N. Dixie, turn left onto Siebenthaler. Then take a left on Ridge Ave., and a right on DeWeese Pkwy. We are on the right.

Directions to SunWatch Indian Village / Archaeological Park

Take I-75 to exit 51. Go west onto Edwin C. Moses Blvd., which then turns into Nicholas Rd. Cross Dryden Rd./South Broadway St., then turn left onto West River Rd. for 1 mile, dead-ends at SunWatch.

Or

Go west on Stewart St. from Main St. or Brown St., crossing bridge over river. Make a left onto Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Pass the University of Dayton Arena on the right. Continue through traffic light at Dryden Rd./ South Broadway St. Make first left onto West River Rd. for 1 mile, dead-ends at SunWatch.
