Packages for ages 4-12 require a minimum of 3 adults to assist with each party. Maximum total group size is 24.
All Packages at Both Age Levels Include:
- A private room just for your group
- A trained party presenter
- Fun, hands-on activities that correspond with your selected program
- Free admission passes for all paid party participants good for day of party only
Package "A" (Basic):
Price: $165 members/ $195 non-members
*Pricing for Basic Package covers up to 15 participants over the age of 2, with a $10 charge per additional child and $5 charge per additional adult. Maximum total group size is 24.
- Choice of specialized educational program and hands-on activities with private instructor
- Cake with personalized message (chocolate, white, or marble)
- Fruit Punch
- Pretzels and Chips
- All paper products and basic decorations
Package "B" (Adventure):
Price: $260 members/ $310 non-members
*Pricing for Adventure Package covers up to 20 participants over the age of 2 with a $10 fee per additional child and $5 fee per additional adult. Maximum total group size is 24.
- Choice of specialized educational program and hands-on activities with private instructor
- Cake with personalized message (chocolate, white, or marble)
- Fruit Punch
- Pretzels and Chips
- Gift Bags for all child participants
- T-shirt for the Birthday Boy or Girl
- Custom party invitations/envelopes (invitations will be ready one week after scheduling)
- Each child participant will receive a plush animal
- All paper products and basic decorations

Large, one-topping pizza delivered to the Museum for your party
Birthday Party Days & Times:
Saturdays: 12:00 noon –1:30 p.m.
2:30 p.m.– 4:00 p.m.
Sundays: 12:00 noon –1:30 p.m.
2:30 p.m.– 4:00 p.m.
Please be advised that certain dates are unavailable due to Museum special events. Please plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your party start time.
(Museum hours: Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Sunday 12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m.)
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available for specific birthday packages for the listed member/non-member prices.
To Schedule:
Birthday parties must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. A contract of party date, time and complete policies/guidelines will be provided upon party booking. The contract must be signed and returned immediately with payment in full to secure your date on the calendar and complete the booking. Visa, Mastercard, personal check or cash accepted. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Cancellations one (1) month prior to scheduled party date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations three (3) weeks prior to scheduled party date will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations within two (2) weeks prior to scheduled party date will receive no refund.
