OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: By participating, you agree that:
These Official Contest Rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except in writing by the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery (BMD). No modification of these official contest rules shall be enforceable unless made in writing by the BMD.
Grand Prize: 2009 Saturn SKY Roadster automobile, delivered from Saturn of Dayton South on the night of September 12, 2009 at the Boonshoft Gala, or within 7 days at Saturn of Dayton South for non-Gala attendees, or upon receipt of delivery from the manufacturer. Model year and vehicle options advertised are based on availability.
The limited-ticket (500 total sold at $100 each) reverse raffle drawing shall be held at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery in Dayton, Ohio, on September 12, 2009. All tickets must be received by the announced close of ticket sales on the drawing date, which will be at approximately 7:30 p.m. to be eligible for the grand prize or supplemental prizes. This reverse raffle drawing shall be conducted by first drawing the supplemental prizes, as well as losing tickets, followed last by the Grand Prize Saturn SKY Roadster automobile. Winning tickets of a supplemental prize, as well as previously-drawn losing tickets, will be withdrawn from further prize eligibility.
Each ticket will be entered separately in the drawing. Each ticket is a separate and equal chance to win the Saturn SKY, except that winning tickets of a supplemental prize, as well as previously-drawn losing tickets, are no longer eligible for further prizes, including the Grand Prize.
The reverse drawing will be administered and audited on behalf of the BMD by Corvette-Troy Charities, Inc., an independent, voluntary, ineligible party to the drawing.
Winner notification will be made by telephone and postal mail in the event that the winner is not present at the drawing on September 12, 2009.
Successive alternate backup winners will be drawn and held by the drawing administrator, but not announced in case the first winner does not claim the Saturn SKY within the requisite time period (see paragraph 9 below), or is otherwise ineligible.
