The Museum could not serve this community without the support of dedicated volunteers. From teens working towards National Honor Society requirements, to parents hoping to give to their child’s favorite destination, to Seniors with decades of talent and knowledge they are eager to share, the Boonshoft’s volunteer program is designed to match every skill and desire in the appropriate capacity.

This is evidenced by the partnerships that have been fostered with other leading institutions, including the University of Dayton, Wright State University, and nearly every major museum in the region. Relationships built on mutual respect with the Dayton Art Institute, Dayton History, the National Museum of the US Air Force and the Dayton Metro Public Library, among many others, further point to the importance of the Museum’s mission, but maybe more significantly to the reputation of the Museum’s professionals.
